Life is hard enough but when someone gets the courage to share what they are feeling don’t ignore them and when people talk, listen completely, listen with curiosity.

Most of us don’t listen with the intent to

understand they listen with the intent to reply.

Sometimes all a person wants is an empathetic

ear, all they need is to talk it through and feel like they matter and what they say has been HEARD!
